Where to get a microdermabrasion facial in Eastbourne
We received a huge amount of questions via Instagram after we posted about getting a microdermabrasion facial, so we thought we’d do a whole post on to answer all of your questions.
What is Microdermabrasion?
What we thought microdermabrasion was – a treatment that takes off the top layer like a chemical peel *insert laughing emojis here* What microdermabrasion actually is from the Pro Touch Beauty website – A a non-surgical skin rejuvenation treatment; Microdermabrasion is a quick, efficient convenient way of restoring your skin back to its beautiful, younger, smoother looking skin!
From the Pro Touch Beauty website –
*Younger Looking Skin
*Reduction of Fine Lines/Wrinkles
*Reduce Appearance of Acne Scarring
*Clear Up Blackheads
*Reduce Sun Damage
*Even Out Skin Tone
*Boost Collegen/Skins Texture
*No Downtime – return to work immediately!
Where did you get it done?
We had a 55 minute long microdermabrasion facial at Pro Touch Beauty based upstairs in the Enterprise Centre. It was a great experience and Gemma did a great job. It was very relaxing – which is what we want right?
From the Pro Touch Beauty website – Microdermabrasion is a safe and gentle procedure where we use manual exfoliation to gently remove the top layer of dead skin using a Diamond tipped wand to abrade the surface of your skin. There is no downtime after the procedure you just need to ensure you look after your skin following a good skin routine and ensuring wearing SPF at all times!
Is it worth it?
Absolutely 100% – skin was left feeling so soft and refreshed. It actually felt like silk. Make up went on like a dream the next day and blackheads (gross) were visibly reduced. Not to mention the 55 minutes of relaxation – so worth it. The process was really relaxing and all the creams used smelled fabulous. We will definitely be booking back in next month and the next and the next.
How much was it?
The 55 minute microdermabrasion facial is £45 and the 25 minute microdermabrasion facial is £25.
