5 ways to keep you happy and motivated throughout January

Do more of what makes you happy
This seems like a simple one right? but life can get in the way and before you know it, you’ve spent a whole month working and not doing much else. If binge watching a Netflix series makes you happy do that. If you love a bath and a prosecco to unwind – do that. If doing nothing makes you happy – do that! Currently we’re all about singing along to The Greatest Showman soundtrack.

See your friends 
Make sure you schedule one night a week to see your friends. Have a catch up, sit around in your PJs and have some dinner and a gossip. Put the worlds to right whilst watch Eastenders.

Have a pamper night
Everyone needs some YOU time. Schedule in one relaxing evening to do your nails, sit around in your PJs with a Facemask on, relax in the bath, light some candles and re-charge.

Exercise
This one is so important guys, even if it’s half an hour once a week – get some exercise in. You will feel so much better for it. Grab the girls and go to a Zumba class. Head to your closest yoga class or go for a run, walk the dogs, do you squats whilst watching the tele. Simple.

Buy yourself something 
Have you been wanting that top in the sale, that new matte lipstick that Revlon has released or a big piece of chocolate cake in Patisserie Valerie – go and buy it, treat yourself, you deserve it.
